Windsor is now VERY ACTIVE in Kazakhstan !

Our International Outreach Office Director, Mr. Mel Broitman - has already been to Kazakhstan twice (October 2006 and February 2007). Mel reports it to be a beautiful country with tremendous interest in education. Mel says that Kazakh people are very keen to get top quality education to take advantage of the great opportunities in their country.
