University of Windsor Outreach - India

Thank you very much for your interest in the University of Windsor. You are not alone. Windsor is THE most popular education destination for Indians going to Canada. More than 400 Indian students are at Windsor. In fact, there are only a handful of universities in the U.S. with as many Indian students.

You will find Indian students in our Bachelor degree programs for Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Biotechnology, Communications and more. Starting this year, we are attracting Indian students to our new course-based Masters degrees in Engineering and Management.

Students in India are welcome to visit any one of our four liaison offices:

Dr. Nihar Biswas, Senior Associate and Dean of Engineering, University of Windsor speaking to students at a seminar on ‘Master of Engineering', organized by the CUAC and The Hindu Education Plus. The event was held at the FAPCCI auditorium in Hyderabad.

But this offer is open to students who pursue undergraduate courses in accredited Canadian universities only, said Nihar Biswas, Senior Associate Dean – Research and Planning, University of Windsor, Canada. He was speaking to students at a seminar organised by The Hindu Education Plus in association with the University of Windsor. He said the three-year work permit is a unique offer and students can apply for immigration during that period.
