Centre for Executive Education - preparing tomorrow's executives

With a Bachelor's degree from Sichuan University of China and several years of marketing experience in banking and automotive industries, Anita Xiao recognized the need to polish her management skills. She is currently in her second semester in the Master of Management program at University of Windsor Centre for Executive Education.

For Anita, the program isn't the only attractive aspect of the University of Windsor.

"For one, I am very interested in the automotive industry and Windsor has been one of the centers of this industry." said Anita. "For another, my husband was already here studying for his PhD in engineering."

Some economists note China's growing need for experienced executive managers as the country attracts multinational investors and acquires foreign companies. But this is not news for Master's student Anita Xiao who is already planning her next goal.

"I hope to find a job in Canada, which would be a very precious experience for me," explains Anita.

Anita is an achiever with a mission.

"My Goal is to devote myself in the banking, finance or automotive industry and work hard to achieve success."
